Amy B. Good-AshmanI am a Pennsylvania lawyer who focuses my practice in the areas of consumer litigation and consumer bankruptcy. I am a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA), the Eastern District Bankruptcy Conference, the Federal Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Berks County Bar Association. I am admitted to practice before the United States Federal District Court for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania; the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania; and all Pennsylvania courts including the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. I primarily serve the eastern Pennsylvania region, although I am ready, willing, and able to serve clients throughout Pennsylvania.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (with honors) from Albright College in Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania. I am a cum laude graduate of Widener University School of Law, Harrisburg campus, where I was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society; served as an associate editor for the Widener Law Journal, Volume 15; and served as the Symposium Editor for the Widener Law Journal, Volume 16. During my law school experience, I spoke at the National Conference of Law Reviews in Chicago on the topic of law review symposia, was awarded the Legal Research & Writing Award from Widener University, and was awarded the Medal of Excellence from the American Bankruptcy Institute.

I enjoy public service and I volunteer in the community as often as possible. I have served as a member of the Wyomissing Area School District Tax Study Commission, the West Reading Planning Commission, the West Reading Recreation Board and the West Reading Borough Council.

I am the proud mother of two sons. They attend school in the Wyomissing Area School District and are active in sports, especially football–go Mavericks!
